Windows 10: I couldnt activate my digital license

hi all


i changed my computer hardware but now i can't activate my digital licensed windows 10 pro.


i did these steps


1 - login my microsoft account and i remove old desktop

2 - my new desktop appeared on microsoft account and

3 - when i go - startup > options > activating > i changed my hardware i cant see my new computer to activate.






it was an upgraded windows 7 os at 2014 or 2016

• Are you trying activate Windows on another device? If yes, do you have a product key for that operating system?
  

If you’ve the same Microsoft account signed into multiple PCs’, your settings are synced. But, the product keys or the digital licenses are hardware specific. You cannot activate multiple PCs using a single digital license.



To find out if a digital license is linked to your Microsoft account, do the following on the activated Windows operating system:

• Open Settings and click on Update & Security.
  
• Click on Activation, and on the right pane locate
  Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account.
