Windows 10: I couldn't get the Hp Smart install on microsoft store on windows 11 and got the error...

I've followed the same steps based on the article:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/issue-with-microsoft-store-app-hp-smart/c6c0a49f-453c-45f9-acda-d67280bc5fd1and tried these steps from @EngineTyme for these steps like Step 1: Check if doesn't have any corrupt files on the windows 11.1-Right-Click on Start then click on Windows Powershell admin2- Type these commands.sfc /scannow and press EnterDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and press EnterDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth and press Enter3- The DISM tool will report whether the image is healthy, repa

Unable to download HP Smart on the Microsoft Store

HP tell me that I have to install the HP Smart app to scan, but every time I click ont he link it takes me to the MS Store, and when I dont see "Get" option.

Windows 10, up to date with updates. Any suggestions? I can't scan without this app.

Following methods i already did.

Reset the Microsoft Store cache

Check the Microsoft Store Install Service

Reset the Microsoft Store app in Windows 10

Reinstall the Microsoft Store app

Error installing HP Smart from MS Store

Hi Louie,

Thank you for the quick reply. I have followed your suggested link, but it did not solve my problem. Nothing works from Store, including HP Smart application.

Microsoft Store is up to date (v 12009.1001.1.0), my Windows 10 Pro is up to date, Troubleshoot on the Store application shows no issues. Reset it again.

Is there a way to debug this or get the installer in other way? All links from HP support get me in the Store app.

The bad thing is that I can't use my printer in any way.
