Windows 10: I do not see Subscribe or UnSubscribe?

I received an email from a post I guess I subscribed too. The post was from 2017 and it's not come across the email that I can remember and it's not a post or question that I asked.In the email it states near the bottome 'go to the page to unsubscribe' or a similar wording. When I go to the page/post I do not see the words Subscribe or UnSubscribe. I am signed in. How do I find these options when they are not there. }As always thanks and kudos and Answered when it's there!jep ":-Dx it's was really difficult to find a category for TOPICS below to fit this question.

Thanks. Might I suggest that an unsubscribe option be displayed instead of a subscribe if one is already subscribed?

I cannot unsubscribe from Microsoft community threads. There are not ellipsis on the
first post of the thread to click unsubscribe. Furthermore, on the thread, the subscribe link is there (other words, I am not subscribed). I am now getting several threads to my inbox that I cannot unsubscribe to and frequently on a daily basis. Should
I just delete my account?

On that page is al list of threads you have posted to, open the thread you want to unsubscribe from

On the original question at the top of that thread, click Subscribe and then Unsubscribe.

You will not longer receive notifications form that thread (you may also want to unsubscribe form this thread too
