Windows 10: I don't know what I did

Hello,

I humbly request your aid everything I've done so far has been useless.

Problem:

Me, trying to solve performance problems end up in not being able to access Windows.

Abstract:

My old Lenovo Y520 I bought 2 years ago is slower than a rheumatic turtle, trying to solve this problem I followed online tutorials that apparently worked but after restart PIN number was disabled and Password reset keeps bouncing me to the welcome screen.

Background:

My computer has a Core i7 processor and GTX 1060, despite its 8GB Ram I would be able at least to run Autodesk Maya, ZBrush and Adobe Suite without problems, unfortunately it has become slower every time more at times freezing for moments, part of the symptoms include colorful pixels invading the interface of the Brave Navigator and Adobe Suite Software, in Autodesk Maya however the texture of objects turn into a poly chromatic dynamic texture that I wish I could do without technical mishaps, I don’t know if it has to do anything with the GPU or a virus, if you know what could be please let me know.

Approach:

Following tutorials, I did the following.

1.- After running sfc/scannow on cmd it showed there was corrupted files which were fixed.

2.-Clean booted through System Configuration, as far as I remember I chose “Selective Startup” and unchecked” Load startup items”, checking only “Load system services”, in the Services tab I checked “Hide all Microsoft services” (or so I think I did) and clicked “Disable all “.

It apparently worked well, it felt a bit faster so I restarted.

well it happened:

A message saying the PIN number is not available so I cannot use it so I have to use password, I forgot password so I try to restore it, I click on the option to recover Password but after a white screen flash it bounces me back to the Welcome screen.

I tried to get into advanced options so I could access cdm and follow other tutorials but once again it asked me for password,

Fun Facts:

1.- If I try to recover PIN number a pop-up asks me if I want to find an application in Store.

2.- Every time I try to recover Password and it bounces me back to welcome screen, when I try to restart or turn off there is a warning that states that “Someone else is still using this PC” but this doesn’t happen if I don’t try to recover PIN or Password which leads me to believe the computer reloads another user welcome screen.

After giving up in trying to fix this I went to a workshop near my college, this Russian (I think) tech guy had a very broken English and I couldn’t understand everything but after taking the bottom lid of the computer he unplugged the battery and hard drive and pushed the power button for a moment, then he plugged them back again but it didn’t change anything.At the end he said I had to buy a hard drive caddy so he could do a strange process I didn’t fully understood that requires taking another Windows hard drive plugged in order to rescue my information before reinstalling Windows.

For this, the guy is charging me 50 Euro plus labor and as the HUNGRY STUDENT I am I want to believe there is something I can do in order to use my PIN number back or try to recover my password by legit means or just save my information, my assignments due for the following semester are meant to be submitted in 4 days and I am pretty much in panic.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

 

WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

Hello Guys,

i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?
