Windows 10: I don't understand what this update is and why it keeps asking me to restart or schedule a...

Today while working on my Surface Book, I received a message box bottom right of the screen that said to either restart now or schedule restart later. I restarted now.


Then when it did, I got the same message again. So I restarted again.


Then it did it again and same message.


I powered down the machine, started up (no restart just powered off and on) and it stopped giving me message.


However, I looked at update history and noticed something strange. See the attached screenshot.


There is no link to view what this is like other updates that I have had.


I also attempted to research it online but there's nothing that points to what this is and it's grayed out unlike the others.


Can someone explain this to me?

Restart is scheduled


I keep getting a pop-up message that say's "Don't Forget a restart is scheduled for ?? oclock" I have cleared the notifications and restarted my computer 3 times and still get this message. The only difference is the time keeps changing. I don't have any updates listed as being ready to install. The only updates I have listed as installed are for Defender. I didn't have this problem this morning. Anyone else getting this?

Method 1: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with system. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your System
Maintenance.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

And also ensure that the Task Scheduler service is running.

• 
  Follow the steps to check the service.
  
• 
  Press Windows + R, type Services.msc
  
• 
  Select the Task scheduler service and restart the service and check if it helps.
