Windows 10: I.E. Adobe Flash Update for latest version of Windows

For some reason reason there is a Adobe Flash update foe the last few days regarding I.E. and adobe Although from what I read Adobe Flash is about to become extinct. It appears you have to go to I.E> and then Tools ----that's as far as I couls get with it. Anyhelp

would be appreciated.
