Windows 10: I forgot my password

So, I'm an idiot. I made a password about a month ago, and never used it because I was using a picture password. I decided that I prefer the regular password, and deleted the picture password. When I restarted my computer, I was prompted with a password I dont know. How do I get back into my computer? I have no recollection of the password. Any ideas?

Hardware: Dell Optiplex 990, RX 570, i5 2400, ssd and hdd.

Also, mouse will not work in the bios

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
