Windows 10: I get install error 0x80070103

I updated my pc recently and i also find two bugs 1. I cant adjust brightness by using function key or settings 2. My window display transparent option not working at all

Hi,

I've got a new hp laptop and when I'm running the windows update I get the following errors:

Intel(R) Corporation - MEDIA - 10.29.0.7621

Installation error - 0x80070103

Intel(R) Corporation - System - 1.0.2117.0

Installation error - 0x80070103

I've tried the troubleshooter option for Windows Update but it offers no solution so I'm a bit stuck here.

What can I do to resolve this?

Any advice how to cope with this problem?
