Windows 10: I got a Blue Screen on Windows 10 and now my computer settings are all messed up

I got a blue screen on my pc and when it restarted all the settings in my computer changed, my wallpaper got removed, got a message saying i couldnt log into onedrive, it seems like a bunch of drivers got uninstalled because software asked to install them as if they were never there, and all the layout in my desktop got shuffled. also when I go to "Sync your settings" I get a message that says: "You are logged on with a temporary profile. roaming options are currently unavailable" what does this mean?how can I fix this?
