Windows 10: I got a blue screen while online school :

So I got a blue screen while online school. I was opening epoccaman application that makes your phone a webcam for your pc. The blue screen said "What failed:kinoni.sys" Kinoni is the other name of epoccam. It says it is 100% complete but nothing happened.


This is the picture when it is 55% complete

• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• Do you get the same blue screen issue, while playing videos offline on the computer?

would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

• Did you get a STOP code?
• Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

Blue Screen Of Death While Gaming

There are several factors to consider should you encounter a blue screen error while running a specific program. CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED might be caused by an outdated device driver or a corrupted registry key. While
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR happens when your PC has trouble accessing the device memory.

Thank you for proving the DMP file of the blue screen error. I will have this examined right away and get back to you with a possible solution. It would also speed up the process if you can provide us the
System Information (MSINFO32) of your device.

• Select the Start button.
• Type MSINFO32 and then hit Enter.
• Click File > Save.
• Name the file and then hit Save.
• Upload the file to OneDrive.
