Windows 10: I got a new laptop and now I can't login. Help!

I got a new laptop and went through the set up process. Used my work email to set up as work laptop. I downloaded the apps I needed via 365. I closed the lid, tried to login and now it says my password is incorrect and I can't login. I know for fact that it's not incorrect. This is the second time on a second laptop this has happened.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
