Windows 10: I got signed up to a free trial of Solitaire Premium without asking for it...

Hello Everyone,


Just looking for some advice here:


Normally, I play the free version of Microsoft Solitaire on my phone. The app is signed into my Microsoft Account and I was perfectly happy with it remaining the free edition of the app.


So, I was somewhat supprised when I opened the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app on my PC, to see that I have been signed up to a one week free trial of the premium edition of Solitaire.


I have read up on a couple of Microsoft's webpages and I realise that Microsoft is offering this free trial to people who sign into the Solitaire app on Windows 10, but I do not want the premium edition of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, I wish it to remain the free version of the app on my devices.


N.B. I have checked my Microsoft Account, and Solitaire is not listed in the Services and Subscriptions section.


So I wanted to ask, of anyone who has had their free trial week of Solitaire Premium:


1 Did it try to charge you when the free trial week was up?

2 If the answer to 1 is yes, did you manage to cancel Microsoft Solitaire Premium?


If the free trial of Solitaire expires after a week, the app goes back to the free version and no attempt is made to charge you, then that is absolutely fine. I just want to be sure that I will not be charged for something I don't want.
