Windows 10: I got System Monitoring Overlay somehow, but I cannot turn it off

Hello, people. I was gaming on my PC, and I got nervous because of the bugs in the game. I pressed the random keys on my keyboard. After that, the FPS counter, GPU, and CPU usage percentage appeared on the top right side. I don't know turn it off. Can you help me, please?

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?

I can't remember. I think you can just enable the performance monitor in the AMD driver app. When in game, just hit Shift+Ctrl+O...or Shift+Alt+O (Can't remember off-hand..) to bring up the performance monitor.
