Windows 10: I had a gmail 2 account on Microsoft 365 3 days ago and now I can't find it. Can you help me?

I had set up a gmail 2 account on Microsoft 365 back in March of 2023 when I got my computer. I've been using this account since inception. On Wednesday, all of a sudden this account was no where to be found. I had all my contacts in there. How can I get this restored? Thank you.

Thats great news for every one, since hotmail gave away 5GB to its users a while ago.


Gmail will never be like Yahoo. Yahoos spam mail filter is crap since day one and they havent done anything about for a decade. Gmail is the most expensive name brand on this planet. The google/gmail founders and owners are on top 10 Forbes list.

So yeah, Gmail learned from others mistakes and made improvements on doing so.

Potential Solutions

Based on some quick research there may be two options that may help resolve this. . .

1. Enable the 2-Step Verification functionality and security feature with your Gmail account and then use the 2-Step Verification to verify and trust the Windows Mail app to have access to your Gmail account
   
2. Enable and use the Less Secure Apps functionality by turning that ON and using your usual Gmail account password with the Windows Mail app to authenticate
