Windows 10: I hate the Windows 11 update

Holy **** I am regretting doing this update and now it is too late for me to go back. Every single time they update anything, all of the customizations that I have done disappear and I have to re-do them all over again. My old files are hard to find and when I copy past them in to the new file destinations Documents, Downloads, Photos etc, they are gone when I start back up again. All of the initial task bar changes I made ie getting rid of stupid icons and adding the ones I want and moving it back over to the left are all completely gone every time they update the software. Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
