I have 2 Windows folders in different drives, I would like to delete one of them.

okay ive done the same thing as you but i cant put the file back into the folder

• Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

2 Windows folders in 2 different drives

i recently bought a ssd and installed it in my pc ( gave to a center) and now i noticed that i have two windows folders on two different drives C and D.I saw a similar thread with the same question and checked it.The problem was almost similar to mine so i was following the steps that a advisor gave in the comments section. The advisor told the person who created the thread that it was ok to delete in the windows folder that was in the another drive i.e the D drive .The advisor told the person in the thread to send him a screenshot of his msconfig boot section.I compared my msconfig with the screenshot of his and saw that it was the same .So i proceeded to delete the windows in the other folder but i when i tried to delete it , it gave me a message saying "you require special permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes in this folder". I would like to know whether I can delete the Windows folder in the E drive.. I've attached their property windows as well below:
