Discus and support I have a 512 GB SSD, but I can only access 471 GB. Where's the rest? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; My partitions add up to 471 gigabytes.     I have a 512 GB SSD, but I can only access 471 GB. Where's the rest?


    My partitions add up to 471 gigabytes. I assume my computer is showing me the disk capacity in GiB and not GB, which makes the actual storage only 500 GiB. Still, where's the missing 29 GB?

    My WIN 10 Insider 15058 accepted the 15.2.0.1020 Driver after several attempts. Much, much faster now !!

    Samsung SSD 850 PRO 512 GB DRIVERS ??

    Click on the link for the RAID driver. Then select either the f6flpy-x64.zip or f6flpy-x86.zip file (64-bit or 32-bit). In device manager, manually upgrade the device driver for your SATA AHCI disk controller and point it to the folder holding the files extracted from the zip file downloaded. They also contain the Intel AHCI (non-raid) controller drivers.
