Windows 10: I have a black screen on one of my laptops. Can I install the fix then feed it to black...

I have a black screen on one of my laptops. It happened after an update in Feb, 2020.. Tried a bunch of ways to fix, but to no avail. I even tried to reset it, but I need a password in bios. I switched to a pin a week after I got my ASUS, last year. Can I fix or get into the windows 10 with my other laptopalso windows 10 with so I can change take off password, and do a reset? any way for me to pump it in, so to speak, with this laptop, the one that still works
