    I have a blue screen on my Acer Aspire 15 laptop after it updated to windows 11


    I bought a new laptop and it was windows 10 and soon after it updated to windows 11 and after that it blue screened after windows 11 updated, and I didn't do a recovery for windows 11, what can I do to fix it?

    mY acer LAPTOP "aSPIRE E 15 Start" started a windows 10 update but is stuck at Personalized Setting.

    mY acer LAPTOP "aSPIRE E 15 Start" started a windows 10 update but is stuck at Personalized Setting. No response to any key presses. Tried pressing F10 on power up but seems to ignore. Tried pressing ALT F10 many times during powup same result. Pulled battery
    and same result. Any suggestions?
