Windows 10: I have a brand new Acemagic laptop and when it gets to the log in screen it wont allow me...

I have a brand new Acemagic laptop and when it gets to the log in screen it wont allow me to type my pin. How can I fix this issue?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Hi Team- I have a query regarding logging into the my laptop. I purchased a new laptop Acemagic last week, logged in to set up which I completed and left it locked overnight. The next day, I am trying to log in but does not show the password option which logging in. I did the restart and shift key solution and started in safe mode but of no avail. Can you please suggest a solution.
