I have a hp Pavilion connected to a hp Photo Smart 6250 with Windows 8.1 8GB. I need to print a Word Doc, the Last Will & Testament [notes] for a petition] in Probate court, but when I hit print the printer captures the document but only prints the Header & Footer in dark black ink; the entire body should also be dark black ink, but is so light grayscale it is indiscernible. I typed the original notes myself, so I "know" the grayscale is not a sense of humor [from the grave]. Can anyone help me with this technical problem?

Since updating to Windows 10 I cant connect wirelessly to my HP Photosmart 7520. Any suggestions

Windows 10 Driver for HP 310 A Photosmart Printer

My previous HP pavilion desktop and HP pavilion laptop computers (both on Windows 10 version 2004)) were both able to connect with and operate my HP 310A Photosmart printer even though the drivers on the printer cd were supposedly only good up to Windows XP. I tried to connect the printer to my current pc a Dell Optiplex 7010 (also on W10 version 2004) but the cd did not work nor did the latest driver from the HP web support site also Windows said no driver was available! I find this strange that although this is an old printer I was able to connect it to 2 pc's of the same make but not one of a different make. Can anyone cast any light on this and is there a work around?
