Windows 10: I have a OptiPlex 7070 Small Form Factor, I think that is protected

Discus and support I have a OptiPlex 7070 Small Form Factor, I think that is protected in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; When I run the Windows installation it repeats the process to the eternity.     When I run the Windows installation it repeats the process to the eternity. I tried to take out the Bios password and also it does not work, any help please?

    I have a new OptiPlex 7070 that doesn't read my sd card and I can't find the drive in the control panel to update the driver. Any suggestions?

    Not sure what you mean here. SFF boards come with a variety of CPUs besides those, or no CPU at all. Did you mean those specifically are the ones you are looking at?

    And are you looking to replace the entire computer (as suggested by your Acer link) or is replacing the motherboard an option?
