Windows 10: I have a problem reinstalling win 10

I tried reinstalling windows a couple times now, and after some problems went to the Microsoft support. They gave me a Programm for reinstalling, and I used it with the settings to wipe everything and start from scratch. Not the programm emulated (or at least I think that) a new disc on my pc and I think it wiped itself with all my data. Now my pc won't start at all and even after using a usb stick to boot it nothing has changed. I already tried almost all keys (German keyboard on German pc) and still nothing works. Does anybody has an idea how to fix that?

Fresh Install of Win 10 without Serial Key?

Looking to reformat a laptops HDD, and then reinstall Win 10 fresh. The problem is it came pre-installed with Win 8 and I did the free upgrade to Win 10. How exactly would I re-format the HDD, reinstall Win 10 and ensure it reactivates properly? I don't see a Win 8 serial key anywhere in the contents of the box.

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

reinstall Win 10 Pro

Hi,

In one of the previous post I did mention that I have a problem accessing C drive as I altered permissions on it.

suggestion I received was to clean install, I don't have any disk image and I have win 10 pro key on my dekstop

how to reinstall Win 10 Professional?
