    I have a problem with microsoft word 2013.


    The problem is that when I select a blank page and try and type I keep getting theses rectangle boxes,


    Please see picture and Hopefully some kind sole will help me remove them.

    microsoft word 2003

    I have a lot of ms word files on my pc. But one of them showed me an error - Getting unknown error messages while opening (.doc) or (.docx) files. I don't know how to open my word file or repair microsoft word. Any suggestions, guys, please.

    How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


    When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.

    A few weeks went from Win 8.1 & got my update to Win 10 which was a "BIG" improvement. Two days ago, via e-mail, got a message about Office 365 (which i didn't realize at the time) was a TRIAL version, so,(idiot that i am) I downloaded it, only to discover
    then, this was a TRIAL version of Office 365. I quickly DELETED Office 365 - to return to recent Win 10 upgrade.

    PROBLEM: When I returned to Win 10, Microsoft Word 2013, was GONE - ICON & all. Disappeared. GONE! NO Hx of ever having had this program.

    When I purchased my system +/- 12 - 18 months ago, it came pre-installed with software, including Microsoft Word 2013 - I don't have & DIDN"T get a DISC when i bought this system.

    I have gone online to different SITES for assistance, but thus far, NO LUCK.

    I have tried to download Corel WP Suite 8 and also Corel Word Perfect 2002 & Word Perfect Office 11, but, they will not download.

    Any suggestions ...
