Windows 10: i have a problem with the "run as administrator" property.

i put my intel XTU shortcut into my startup folder so it will start up when i boot up my pc. the problem is that the file asks me for administrator access so i went into the advanced properties in the shorcut settings to allow it startup without asking me, but the option is grayed out so i cant click on the option to let it open without my permission. does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried to download and install the latest driver update from your manufacturer's website? If not, kindly
do so.



If the issue still persists, reset and reconfigure your TCP/IP and check if you can access the properties afterwards.
To do this, follow these steps:



Reset TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Run
  this command:

    netsh
    int
    ip reset
    and hit
    Enter.
    

Exit
Command Prompt
and
monitor your network connection.



Reconfigure TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

  Run
  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Run
  these following commands:
  
  • 
    netsh
    int
    tcp set heuristics
    disabled
    
  • 
    netsh
    int
    tcp
    set global
    autotuninglevel=disabled
    
  • 
    netsh
    int
    tcp set global
    rss=enabled
