Windows 10: I have a really annoying problem with my keyboard.

Hi,i have a problem with my lenovo laptop windows 10.Whenever i try to type a letter on one side of the keyboard it comes up with a few random letters or just one, it can be on multiple different sides of the keyboard .Yesterday it was c,z,d,e and s .Last week it was p,o,l and the @ symbol.Today it is different though as the keyboard works fine but if i move the laptop in any sort of way my keyboard turns off and puts a keyboard with a cross over it symbol ,it also turns my mouse off and puts a kind of microphone/speaker with a cross over it. I dont understand what the problem is and it has be

How to fix this annoying Bluetooth keyboard problem

• Did the Bluetooth keyboard work fine before or was it like even when you first got it?
• Have done any recent updates with your OS?

We checked the URL that you provided from Amazon, it shows the Bluetooth keyboard is only recommended for Windows 7, XP, Vista/ Apple iOS4 / Android 3.0+. We suggest that you get something that is compatible with your current operating system. Most of the
time when a device doesn't work, it's usually caused by drivers becoming corrupted.

Before replacing your keyboard, we'd suggest that you try re-installing a fresh copy of your drivers. You can refer to this

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
