Windows 10: I have a serious crashing problem

So I think this started like 4 weeks ago when my games and some apps would crash a lot. I reinstalled Windows and updated some motherboard drivers from their website. But they would still crash. My computers temperatures ain't even that high, my processor would be around 70c while gaming and idle like 45c. Drives like 30c-40c and GPU like 50c-60c and also I have not over clocked anything.I have tried to contact the Microsoft Tech Support but they told me to do some kind of fix Windows download. Also I have tried some cmd commands to find if it's a corruption. Recently I made a clean Windows in

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

 

Crash Problems

Alright. I've given it some time in Oblivion and it hasn't crashed yet. I think that officialized it. What's the next step? Reinstall the drivers? Wait for new drivers?
