    Hello Wayne, this is Emily.

    When you said you couldn't get into the computer, is it because everything is under said employee's credential for log in and that's the only user on the computer?

    If above situation is true, you would need to consider a clean install of Windows 11. Here is the tutorial: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    Once you have Windows 11 installed again, for better practice in the future, you might want to consider adding an admin user for all of your computers in the office for you. This will be used by you only. Staff can still have their own log in. This way, as staff come and go, you can always use your admin user on the computers to clean up their users and profiles, etc.

    As an Admin can I change a fired employees pin to gain access on Windows 11?

    A fired employee did not leave their pin to sign in as required. As an Admin is it possible to change their pin so that I can access the files under their sign in? This is Windows 11.
