Windows 10: I have a strange issue. All of a sudden my background colors in certain place is purple...

All of a sudden in certain places I get a blinding purple background. For example in Windows Explorer properties it is the background color on some text, but not all. Same in registry but not in browser or start menu etc. Any idea how to fix? I checked Settings, Personalized and played around but nothing helped.

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Background color:

  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Background Color is black

The issue isn't a color inversion. However, the background to everything is black and purple, and the words are white. How can I change it back to its normal settings?
