Windows 10: I have already bought 2 Win10 Keys on ebay from 2 different merchants - why don't they work?

I have Win10 home edition.
But the Win10 keys are also

Key bought on ebay already in use

Hi, I bought a key on ebay but it is already in used. Since someone sold it to me and I have proof of this, I'm guessing I'm entitled to this key. Am I right to assume this?

I know Microsoft has some history of activating Windows through their support but when I try to contact them it just makes me talk to a bot or gives me a phone number in the USA (which is abroad for my French butt) and would cost me a lot, or I can also
post on these forums. This is my last resort and I would really appreciate if you can help me sort this out!

Why are there 2 different keys for Windows 10 on OEM Laptop?

Just to answer your questions..

1. Was the OS installed already when you purchased the PC or were you given a key &/or DVD with the OS?

OS was pre-installed OEM Windows 10 Pro. The SLP key is already there in BIOS and as I did a clean install using Windows 10 ISO downloaded using Windows Media Creation Tool, the installer automatically picked it from the SLP and
installed Windows 10 Pro on to it and activated it. I never had to enter any key anywhere due to OEM system

1. Was the PC purchased from a retail store or a PC repair/specialist?

It's an Acer B117 Laptop purchased in retail from Amazon.com

1. As stated usually PCs arrive with Home installed rather than Pro.

Yes, however there are a handful of Laptops that do ship with Windows 10 Pro OEM for a bit higher price that those with Home

I agree, nothing is broken, so there's nothing to fix. I have a genuine Windows 10 Pro OEM Licences. I was just curious about the reason for 2 different keys. The knowledge I had so far was that your Windows 10 key resides
in BIOS for OEM. So I thought it must be same as what third party tools would return as your Windows 10 Key, after its activation, but it is different from what's there in BIOS.

do i still have the same nokia 2 year warranty even though i bought from ebay(n97)

it is a 3uk model and was bought brand new from a private seller on ebay cos several local 3 stores refused to sell me one on payg(bad i know),but would i still have the nokia 2 year warranty as i know if you do take your phone back they ask for the receipt
of purchase but i bought it private,thanks guys.
