    purchsed a new Gaalaxy A20 phone and Galaxy Buds. Tried to connect blue tooth buds to computer, but it seems that the driver is missing. I tried to download driver to computer but couldn't figure out where to download it to so I deleted it. I would like to be able to use the buds with you tube on computer and need help.

    Query regarding Acer Aspire 5750z-4835 compatibility with Windows 10

    I have two Acer Aspire 5750z-4835 laptop computers. Purchased the same day, CPU is the same (Intel Pentium B950 processor), 4gb ram and 500gb hdd.

    Windows 10 "get Windows 10" app reports one laptop is "You're good to go". The other laptop reports "Windows 10 will not run on this PC", the reason given is "The CPU is NOT supported"

    Same Model, CPU, Ram, HDD and the same Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. All updates are current and software is all from Microsoft.

    What to do next.......
