Windows 10: I have been locked out of my personal laptop for a week now. Forgot pin/password and...

I've been in contact with Microsoft to gain access to my account every day. First, they told me to reset my password, but there would be a 30-day wait. I can't wait 30 days as I have to file my taxes among other reasons. I'm not a hacker or anything. Just an old lady who forgot her Microsoft password and lost fingerprint reader access after cleaning the outside of the laptop somehow. Locked out of laptop forgot password changed this week

Changed password but forgot to record it or create a reset USB. Locked out of my laptop. How do I unlock the laptop?

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

So I forgot the pin and password to my laptop

I have tried booting in safe mode but it asks for my password which I don't know.

I have tried to factory reset my laptop but it asks for my password.

Every method that has been recommended asks for my password which I don't know.
