Windows 10: I have been unsubscribed from Realms Plus for 3 months now and I have still been getting...

I subscribed to Realms Plus to host a realm for myself and my friends a while back. We played it for a few months and eventually we stopped playing. I unsubscribed when it was clear no one else was going to use it and that was 3 months ago however I have continued to get charged for the Realms Plus subscription even though it's showing as "expired" and not an active subscription. Anyway to get it to stop charging me?

Can't press the "Get realms plus" button.

I cant get realms plus, because the button doesent seem to work. I press it, but it wont show anything.

Minecraft realms comes with two types of subscription. Depending on the device you’re playing on, you can choose either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.



With a one-time purchase, you can create a one-month or a six-month Realm. These one-time purchases are non-refundable and will not renew automatically once they expire. With a recurring subscription, you’ll be charged automatically
every 30 days, until you cancel the subscription.



If you have a subscription with a Microsoft account (for Xbox One), you can manage your subscription within

My son who is a minor, signed up for the free trial of minecraft realms plus. For the last 5 months a payment has been leaving my account. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel this subscription and I think I have managed it today. I want a refund
for this subscroption has it has never been used or wanted.
