Windows 10: i have bought a genuine win 10 disc but it says not a coa

I have bought a win 10 disk but it says this is not a coa i need this disk for my own use only there is no serial no what do i do

Windows 10 Pro COA question

Hi,

I recently purchased a copy of Windows 10 from a large (I think reputable) online retailer. I am trying to verify that I did purchase a genuine US version. The COA has this printed on it: WIN PRO 10 32-BIT/64-BIT ENGLISH USB RS

I went to Microsoft's How to Tell website, and the COA looks real. I am just not sure what the "RS" means on the COA.

Any help is appreciated.

My refurbished Win 10 computer's hard drive failed and wouldn't boot. I have another hard drive that is formatted for windows. I have a Win 10 COA for the refurbished computer. Do I have to purchase a new copy of Win 10 or can I use the COA. If so,
how do I do it?
