    I have Edge and it works well after an update I have trouble with a blue screen


    I have posted this before and a gentleman Davem121 was helping me ,but has since left for better places ?? I finally got the drop box figured out ?? I'll post the results if there is anyone that can lead me to the answers

    when the screen turns blue it tells me that the PC ran into a problem and has to reboot

    and directs me to window.com/stopcode But my malware bytes won't let it load ?? any

    Startup Blue Screen

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

    Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:


    • What is the make and model of your computer?

    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
