I have Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe Version 17.0.120.3817 in Windows 10. It will not do the backups, and I need to know how to fix that.

Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe (version 17) does not work correctly in Windows 10

Sigh more problems with Windows 10.

I have the Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe (version 17) sunset edition and according to Microsoft it is supposed to work with Windows 10.

Half the time I start the program it crashes.

When I try and import a downloaded statement into Money the program seems to import the data (ie no error messages) but the downloaded transactions do not show up.

I have been using Money for +10 years and do not want to switch to another program.

I have use Microsoft Money, then Money Plus and now Money Plus Deluxe. Now with Windows 10 I have been closed down nearly with every entry. What product can I transfer my data to for continued banking as Microsoft does not support Money any longer?

Download Money Plus Sunset Deluxe from Official Microsoft Download Center

To make MS Money Sunset Deluxe work in Windows 10 please change the registry.

• Press Windows key+ R to run command to open.
• Type regedit to open Registry Editor.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer]

"Version"="9.11.10240.0" (originally: 9.11.10240.16384)



Note:

Important Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it,
back up the registry for restoration
in case problems occur.
