Windows 10: I have NEVER been able to download ANYTHING from the Microsoft Store, Have you?

I can't get past the flippin login. Either I can't use my own email address or they want me to create some DLLSHT one with them or if I use a work email I never get a confirmation code and it isn't being stopped by our spam filter nor outlooks junk filter. Can someone at Microsoft and not a Krispy Kreme part time support specialist answer this for me?

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.
