No audio uasing You Tube but Audio using ITUNES

Audio not working

Windows 10 iTunes audio configuration

I understand your concern and frustration you have been through. I will be glad to assist you.

1. Are you able to get sound from other apps and programs?

2. Do you get any error message?

3. Did you try uninstall and reinstall ITunes?

If you are unable to play audio from any apps or program follow the Methods below.

Method 1: Run the Audio Troubleshooter on the system

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

1. Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

2. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

4. Run the playing Audio troubleshooter

Method 2.

Try updating the Audio drivers from the manufacturer's website
and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the audio drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the Sound, Video and game controllers.

c. Right-click on the Sound card and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.

If the issue is only with iTunes I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the iTunes
and see if it helps resolving the issue.
