Windows 10: I have paid for the Realms and the money was taken but my Realm says expired..... WHY?

Discus and support I have paid for the Realms and the money was taken but my Realm says expired..... WHY? in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I have paid for the Realms and the money was taken from my account but my Realm says expired..... I don't know waht to do.     minecraft realms subscription

    i payed £5.59 twice for realms and the money is pending to be withdrawn from by account but i have not gotten anything for it, i would like to get all my money (11.18) back and no realms subscription. any help is appreciated

    Minecraft Realms took my money and is not working

    I purchased a realm for me and my friends to play and then it did not work it said "Purchase successful but unable to create realm" it has been like that for around a week. Also now when I try to create a realm it won't let me it says unable to connect
    to store.

    I have bought a Realms server through Microsoft, and everyone can join it but my friend on PS4. Is this an issue others have? Is it an issue that Microsoft is looking into?

    If Realms only works between any device but PS4, you should at least tell people so they don't throw their money away..
