Windows 10: I have problem accessing to our internal link to our NAS from all our Windows 11 OS user.

Tried several solutions such as credential manager windows, changing SMB, change the domain, but it does not work. The same shortcut is accessible to all other OS such Windows 10 or 7 users. The NAS linked to IP and when tried by DSM web, its accessible through the network. Clicking the shortcut result in error no 0x80070035..

NAS access for remote users

I would pretty much ask you to find a NAS setup that doesn't do what you list.

Anyway I'm using Western Digital's My Cloud 4-bay NAS - PR4100 NAS...

• It allows multiple users (not sure the number)
• It actually "requires" an Ethernet connection
• Can definitely map drives
• Does allow the assignment of users and groups

Synology, and QNap pretty much do the same. It's just a matter of Cost, OS, interface, and features that may lead you to prefer one over the other.

Availability
The NAS OS 3 update (version 3.1) is available today for the 5big NAS Pro and will be available in August 2013 for the 2big NAS. The upgrade offers full compatibility with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8, and Mac OS 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, and 10.8. The upgrade can be downloaded at no cost by visiting the "Support" widget in the product's Dashboard.

 

Problem with Synology DS415+

You'd need to set up IP addresses on your devices manually under the same subnet.
However, I don't think you would be able to connect it directly to your PC and access it because the NAS itself has its own OS.
You'd need a network connection in order to access it and set it up.
The LED is blinking orange most probably because you haven't installed it yet. I'd check if the HDDs are put properly inside again just in case.
And I'd suggest to go through the manual & user's guide again and follow the instructions step-by-step.
