I have reinstalled windows 4 timesa required device is not connected

If I start my pc a blue screen pops up says a required device is not connected. So I cant start the pc. I can only start the pc when I boot from the installer cd and then correct the starter files. And then I shut down the pc and start it everything works fine. Until I shut down the pc and this is starting again... Can you help? I reinstalled windows 3 times once from a CD twice from a pen drive. So can you help me out?

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond I have reinstalled windows 4 timesa required device is not connected :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.

Windows 10 Samsung Note 4 USB connection

    Hi Terrence,

To help you out with your concern, here are some information that we need to know:

    • Can you tell us what model of computer you are using while connecting to your Samsung Note 4?

However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

    • Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
    • Click Troubleshooting.
    • Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
    • To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.

You may also try updating the driver by following the steps on this
    link.

Let us know if you need further help.

    Thanks.
