Windows 10: i have started my laptop and it says something happened and your pin isn't available

i have started my laptop and it says something happened and your pin isn't available and i clicked set up my pin and nothing happened. i pressed shift and restart i selected troubleshoot advanced options then startup repair. then i pressed my account and the password of my outlook i think and i entered all my passwords outlook sign in, etc and all of them didnt work. what can i do?

Something happened and your PIN isn't available

When I open my laptop and try to log in it says something happened and your pin isn't available

I tried restarting and turning off my laptop

It started happening after I tried to reset my laptop because it was bluescreening and when I tried to reset it it didn't work and then the pin issue started happening and I cannot log into my laptop

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Problem login in with windows 10 PIN

My computer went with no battery and turned off.

After that I couldn´t login any more.

It says "Somtehing happened and your PIN isn´t available. Click to set up PIN again"

Below that there a Set up my PIN but it is doing nothing when I click on it.

There is no way I can acces to the safe mode either.

I´m using a dell laptop Inspiron 13. 7000 series. Windows 10.

If someone has an answer to that would be very helpful.
