Windows 10: I have to reset Win 11, but how?

I have a digital copy of Win 10 installed on my computer and got a free upgrade to Win 11. Most things are working OK but I started having some issues with apps not opening or installing and, now, is the MS Store. The Xbox app was messed up so after troubleshooting for hours I decided to just remove it and re-installed it. Not so fast! Now the store won't even download it.I talked with Xbox support and they said this is a known Win 11 issue as it may have got corrupted on installation and that I need to speak with Windows support. Of course, getting a hold of them is nearly impossible so I am
