I have used my card on Microsoft Azure for a purchase. If I ask my bank to provide details of where the card has been used, will the bank be able to see my Microsoft account details?

Debit card purchases have always worked on windowsphone store. I have used HDFC and ICICI bank debit cards to make purchases. Get an account in banks like the one I have mentioned and you are good to go.

If you are unwilling to change your bank, here is an alternative. Speak to your current bank and ask them to enable VERIFIED BY VISA transactions on your debit card. This is what allows a debit card to behave like a credit card

If a purchase is made with your card on Microsoft's platform but it doesn't appear in your Microsoft account, you should report this issue to your bank rather than Microsoft. This is because Microsoft can't verify the ownership of the bank card used for the purchase. Additionally, due to privacy policies, Microsoft cannot provide information about another Microsoft account to you. This makes it necessary for you to contact your bank, which can verify the ownership of the bank card, and has existing dispute process to handle unauthrozied purchase.

However, If a purchase was made without your authorization using your card on your Microsoft account, then you can indeed reach out to Microsoft for assistance through their chat service.

On your computer, launch the Get Help app from the start menu, then type in Refund as the keyword. On the next page, you can click on "Contact support" button. Then fill out a few more details and you will be directed to the page where you will have the option to chat with a live support agent.
