Windows 10: i HAVE VIRUS????

i have PROBLEMS, WINDOWS REINSTALL DID NOT HELP !! why in browser now see black screen after 1s i spen friee display on every sites!!! this hapday for no reason, on all browsers. opera, chrome. mozilla. never seen before until friday when i browser from youtube i see black screen after 1s i see display , not display disconnected but window black same issue with this website ... and when i safely remove usb i see window safely removed and sound, but when i unplug flash i heard sound looks like pull out device without ejected ) WHAT HAPPEN???!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now my usb drives unspecified and gone usb all icons when i open file explorer this pc all usb icons gone looks like device but not local c or d how looks like . now when i connected phone after i see weird icons like in picture i upload now today my phone rebooted for no reason i pattern draw and freeze and see samsung not samsung s5 name but after when powered on device every i see example samsung a5 2016 and goes to samsung splash screen so i see this splash screen and i can draw pattern . this happen to me first day . could be damage my phone??
