Windows 10: i have virus?

why in browser now see black screen after 1s i see display on every sites!!! this happen friday for no reason, on all browsers. opera, chrome. mozilla. never seen before until friday when i browser from youtube i see black screen after 1s i see display , not display disconnected but window black same issue with this website ... and when i safely remove usb i see window safely removed and sound, but when i unplug flash i heard sound looks like pull out device without ejected *Wink) WHAT HAPPEN???!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now my usb drives unspecified and gone usb all icons when i open file explorer this pc all usb icons gone looks like device but not local c or d how looks like!!
