Windows 10: I have Windows 10 and cannot get to my JUNK/SPAM Folder

Discus and support I have Windows 10 and cannot get to my JUNK/SPAM Folder in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Split from this thread. I tried to upgrade to windows 10 but it wouldn't take my windows product id and I still own the physical copy of the windows...     I have Windows 10 and cannot get to my JUNK/SPAM Folder

    I tried to upgrade to windows 10 but it wouldn't take my windows product id and I still own the physical copy of the windows 7 installation disc and have the case with the the paperwork and it says my key doesn't work and when I go back to windows 7 on my other hard drive the product key changed entirely. I bought a new hard drive and I want to upgrade to windows 10 on it. ​
    I have Windows 10 and cannot get to my JUNK/SPAM Folder, and have tried several suggestions to no avail. Anybody . . . ?

    Windows 10 email 1) ALL mail going to junk folder 2) Deleting junk mail, then marking as spam. It reappears in the junk folder

    I cannot find a spam folder or junk. I am missing a piece of email they swear I have.

    WHERE IS MY SPAM FOLDER LOCATED

    If you're using Windows 10's built in Mail program, the Spam folder is called Junk. You may need to click on More (at the bottom of shown folder's list) to see it. To add it so you see it normally, right click on Junk and click Add to Favorites. It
    will then show in your normal list of folders.
