Windows 10: I have windows 11 but not tpm 2.0

I've recently come back to my computer from being away for 9 months had a bunch of windows updates waiting. In the past I had windows 11 installed and using tpm.msc had tpm 2.0 and secure boot enabled. Since returning my computer will not recognize a tpm. I have double checked in the bios and tpm is enabled but one is not found. This isn't really causing any problems, however I like to play valorant which requires both secure boot and tpm 2.0.

TPM not usable, cannot install Windows 11

My machine is not able to be upgraded to Windows 11. Here is what my system info says:

• Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: TPM is not usable, PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and the device is not Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA-capable bus/device(s) detected, Disabled by policy, TPM is not usable

• Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core
  

I tried following the instructions at Enable TPM 2.0 on your PC - Microsoft Support

I got into the BIOS and it says that it is enabled, but no device found.

It depends on which TPM version you have. You can check using an option in the tutorial below.

If you don't have TPM 2.0, but at least TPM 1.2, you can use the method in the tutorial below to bypass the TPM 2.0 requirement.

If my 1st generation processor can run 11, then your 2nd generation one certainly can.
