Windows 10: I hotmail account is compromised and flagged by Microsoft. so I can't receive any OTP...

My hotmail account was compromiswd and hacker using my email account to take over my Amazon, hotmail, Walmart, Doordash account I recovered. Walmart and Doordashbut Amazon since I can't receive PTP from AmazonI revovered my hotmail account and I could see that hacker tried to login to my hotmail account 19 different locations but failed, because my email password changehow do I remove my flagged account so I can receive OTP email

Microsoft Account Mobile OTP Not Received

I have created a new Microsoft account and added my phone number as a recovery option. But now When I am trying to install anything from Windows Store Microsoft is asking for login and after entering password it's asking for otp but the problem is I didn't receive any otp from Microsoft.

And for the info I have good network connections and it's working fine with others otp verification.

I need to login into my account please help me.

Hotmail Passwords Compromised

My Hotmail account seems to me compromised as of May 8, 2016. Friends note messages now reach them with warnings. I have tried to change my Hotmail password, but when requesting Code to do so, do not receive text or phone message back from Microsoft.
