Windows 10: I installed Bloom

A random .iso file installed because of a redirect. It's fine I got rid of Bloom.exe and all its subfiles and I dont see it running in the background and I see no other files on my PC related to Bloom.exe so I think i'm fine. But when I open task manager and goto Startup I still see "Bloom" but it's disabled and theres no Icon and I can't open file location. Do deleted files still show on the Startup Bar?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Safe Browsing Bloom filter is used by the Google Chrome web browser. Chrome uses to identify malicious websites. The technique is capable of identifying up to 1 million malicious websites.

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Chrome browser and check if it resolves the issue.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
